STORY SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
Story Guidelines
- Submit a fun inspirational story of the excitement that you and your family have had over the years attending the IOW festival and other camping sites all over the world. i.e.. Meeting some of your favorite performers, what it takes in getting the family and friends all together, some of the challenges getting and cooking the food and the amount of people that you cooked for etc. Also, Please include one or two of your favorite recipes, preferably using your portable grill and stove or any other creative idea that works for your cook out experience.
- Stories should be between 300 and 1500 words. Have a beginning, middle and end. Recipes should have clear instructions for ingrediance and how many servings it yields so that others can make them.
- Send only one copy of each submission, Make a copy, and do not send the original. We will not return submissions
- Be sure to type the authors name and contact information, including e-mail on the first page of every story.
- If mailing, mail your submissions in a flat 9 X 12 envelope to Camp-Out Cooking, Andy LoRusso, P.O Box 91725, Santa Barbara, CA 93190
- The best would be to email your submissions to singinchef@cox.net or if you don’t have access to the internet, submit your stories typed on plain white 8 ½” x 11” paper, in 12-point Times New Roman font or similar.
