Andy LoRusso, author of the best selling cookbook and tape "Sing & Cook Italian" and known around these parts as The Singing Chef®, has put together a fun new CD for what is soon to be the first International Cooking Musical.

Andy not only sings the recipes on this one, he includes the actual recipes so that people can cook and eat them at home.

It's like being on a culinary cruise with Andy as he performs Sing & Cook Italian,( Ricotta Cake and Polenta), Sing & Cook French, (Crepes with a number of different toppings and fillings), Sing & Cook Mexicana, (Fennel Fish Taco's, and Frijolis with Mexican rice), Sing & Cook Irish, (Irish Stew and Soda Bread), Sing & Cook Jewish, (Matzo Balls and Chicken Soup), and a special Sing & Cook Holiday song with Christmas Cookies and Eggnog. The opening number is appropriately titled, Food, Food, Glorious Food, and is sung to the tune of the Tarantella, and it follows the Overture that combines in it most of the fun songs in the show.

Andy also belts out some of the most well loved songs from each country like Santa Lucia, Torna a Sorrento, La Vie en Rose, Granada and Danny Boy. He is presently working on the script for the show that he says will be, what else? A true love story with a "splash of romance" and a simple twist of fate."

In the COOKING CABARET® musical show, Andy LoRusso, The Singing Chef®, through entertainment, will provide educational services by conducting demonstrations in the field of professional cooking and food preparation. He will perfom this show at live entertainment venues like dinner theaters and fund raising events and on television programs using singing and dancing.
